IVECO is about to launch IVECO Services: a platform gathering the extensive and constantly expanding portfolio of services and products developed to help customers operate efficiently and profitably, and support drivers on the road.

The organization in clusters underlying IVECO Services will help customers easily identify the best solution for their business needs.

IVECO Services will also include the brand-new eMobility services specifically developed for the brand’s fast-evolving electric vehicle offering.

IVECO announced today the forthcoming launch of IVECO Services, which brings together the brand’s offer of services and products to deliver a constantly expanding portfolio of solutions capable of supporting customers in all their business and operational requirements.

IVECO Services is organised in clusters to make it easy for customers to navigate its extensive offering and identify the solutions that match their specific requirements and missions. The clusters include Uptime, Driver Care, Safety & Security, Productivity & Efficiency, Parts, Financial Services and eMobility.

The IVECO ON portal is the interface for the customer to access IVECO’s digital services and manage their vehicle’s uptime, performance and productivity. It will evolve into a marketplace where they will be able to purchase, manage, activate, and renew their services.

New solutions dedicated to eMobility
IVECO has expanded its service portfolio with new solutions dedicated to eMobility. Owners of the eDAILY, IVECO’s groundbreaking 100% battery-electric Light Commercial Vehicle officially launched at IAA, will benefit from a host of tailor-made services specifically designed for Battery Electric Vehicles, which include intelligent energy control, energy usage monitoring and charging operations management.

Additional connectivity-enabled services will be available to eDAILY owners: best-in-class range prediction, intelligent navigation and range assurance alerts under the Productivity & Efficiency cluster; eDriving Style Monitoring and Reporting, and IVECO Driver Pal, the vocal driver companion, for Safety & Security; and Control Room and Dealer Support, Proactive and Predictive Diagnostics, Over-the-air Updates and Remote Assistance for Uptime. Together with IVECO’s Financial Services, they make the new eDAILY a truly integrated value-driven solution designed around the customer’s needs.
