Customer centre: close to customers any time, any place
Iveco’s Customer Service Centre aims to provide services and solutions for the world of transport, both within Iveco and elsewhere. Located in Turin, it is a central resource for all major Iveco skill bases and know-how, including diagnostics, technical training, technical documentation, remote diagnosis, corporate marketing and much, much more.
The Customer Centre is staffed by a team of over one hundred Iveco operators who are available to answer customers queries or assistance needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A further strategic task of the Iveco Customer Centre is establishing new contacts with potential customers, whilst maintaining contacts with existing customers.
