Production assistance

Iveco CKD Technical Support must guarantee continuous assistance of all current activities even after the initial on-the-spot assistance during assembly of the first prototype has been terminated, to enable the customer to achieve a quality level that meets Iveco’s standards.
This assistance enables the licensee company to receive technical information continuously, regarding production or systems when the local technicians have any doubts or uncertainties.
What is more the CKD experts must supervise the production activities of the Licensee and ancillary industrial companies, and send all the necessary updated documentation in the event of changes to the product.
And finally, the Iveco technicians will provide further information in the event of the purchase of miscellaneous equipment/tools/systems by the customer, and will approve their choices.
