The term Extra-series refers to suppliers of spot or partial materials not directly linked to CKD structures, that meet specific market requests, outside the normal supply flows.
Extra-series supplies include numerous types of materials including options, i.e. those parts of a vehicle that the customer does not ask for when the CKD product is defined, but decides to ask for at a later date because they have since been requested by one of his customers.
Since the inclusion of these items related to the Options require the redefinition of a new product, it can be choosen this mode of supply clearly Licensee's Client's expense.
