The Adrema forms are attached documents that make up the Packing-List and they must be printed with indelible ink on good quality paper.
The Adrema forms contain all the shipment data for the part to be shipped:
- Customer/Market
- type of case
- lot no.
- launch no.
- description of the part
- quantity
- vehicle model
The Part Number of the part and the quantity actually shipped must be printed with a larger font size than the other data.
