The “Logistics” Department manages and supervises the Materials flow with great commitment and attention because the various types of transport and logistics for the goods is one of the cost items that impact most on the final cost of the product and on respect of delivery times.
The first activity regards the programming of materials with suppliers after receipt of the Rolling document; when the materials have been handled and containerised, the bureaucratic procedures must be followed for the issue of the invoices and shipping and customs documents.
