The configurations of CKD products are defined with the Marketing Department after negotiations with the licensee;
they contain all the basic technical information of the vehicle and the list of optional codes.
Moreover they define the degrees of disassembling of the vehicle based on the technological reality of the CKD company that it Assemblies the vehicles and the list of any Lightenings required by the Customer.
The essential documents for the management of the vehicle to be assembled according to the practice CKD are the following:
- Technical Documentation and Technical descriptions (by Engineering / eBOM)
- PBOM / Vehicle Production Bill of Materials (which is derived from the CBU vehicle PBoM)
- Supply List
- Packing List
