In certain Markets (e.g. Russia, Libya, Tunisia) a number of specific documents are required, and must be attached to the official customs certificates and invoices.
These documents regard the technical and merchandising specifications of the materials that are required by the country’s authorities to monitor the type of materials imported.
This requirement is being extended to several other countries in addition to those mentioned.
