Iveco launches new online store
At Samoter 2008, the 27th edition of the International Triennial Earth-Moving and Building Machinery Exhibition held in Verona from 5-9 March, Iveco will unveil its new website www.ivecostore.com.
The new e-commerce portal, which will be up and running from tomorrow, has been created specially for the promotion and sale of Iveco merchandise.
Accessing the Iveco store and buying items online is simple: a highly dynamic and flexible browsing environment enables users to choose from a diverse range of exclusive and high-quality products, from clothing and leisure goods to scale models and office equipment.
The Iveco virtual store catalogue contains over 100 items, produced in conjunction with a number of leading clothing and leisure goods manufacturers. They include personalised Iveco sweatshirts, special edition All Blacks merchandise, the Winning Spirit fashion collection, a new line of products dedicated to the Massif and even a pedal-powered toy version of the Stralis for children, complete with authentic Maori tattoos.
The website is extremely clear and user-friendly: all the products are divided into categories and detailed product tabs can be opened with a simple click of the mouse button. A special system also provides users with useful purchasing ideas by matching products together, suggesting gift combinations and highlighting the best-selling items.
Registered users can access their own personal area, My Iveco Store, where they can manage their orders and personal profile, and sign up to the Iveco Store newsletter, a free service which provides exclusive news about new additions and upcoming promotions.
Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer, and security is guaranteed by the Banca Sella online payment system using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. The site is produced in five languages and deliveries are guaranteed worldwide.
