Iveco vehicles receive series of awards
Iveco has been recognized with four awards from ETM, a major German publishing group that specializes in the trucks and logistics sector. Three of the awards were conferred at a ceremony on June 18th in Stuttgart, Germany.

The result of a reader’s poll involving over 11,000 participants: the Daily Tourys won Best Imported Minibus; the Daily won Best Imported Transporter up to 3.5 tons and the Eurocargo took home the award for Best Imported Truck up to 7.5 tons.

In addition to these awards, the Daily Electric received top honors several days before, accepting the Innovation Award for alternative drives. This win followed the results of a KEP Test for express courier and parcel delivery vehicles. The Daily Electric was selected for a series of criteria, principally because of the efforts demonstrated by Iveco to also promote electric mobility in the 3.5 ton – 5.2 ton vehicle segments. The vehicle was recognized for its vast product offering and several important characteristics, among which include its flexibility to accommodate vehicle bodies and its onboard cabin liveability.

This is the second distinction for the electric version of Iveco’s signature light segment vehicle in Germany. It has previously won the “Europäischer Transportpreis für Nachhaltigkeit” (European Sustainability Award) from Huss Publishing Group.

Iveco has an established tradition in Germany, with a current 7.6 percent market share in the over 3.5 ton segments. These most recent accolades confirm the strong investments made by Iveco in Germany on behalf of its product solutions, regional team, dealer network and services.
