Each individual is subjected to an analysis of their skill base and from this an individual training plan is produced which develops or enhances the specific skills required for their roles. The commercial training courses address both the needs of the salesmen within the Iveco network and also dealer management who operate in sales and after-sales.
Iveco’s ultimate goal is to raise the level of expertise within the sales departments of our dealers by training to a level where we can ‘certify’ high achievers. Certified salesmen will have followed a course of training meant to increase their skill base and to train out any fundamental weaknesses. Salesmen will be ‘certified’ each year to ensure their skill levels are maintained.
