​​​​​​​​​​​​Ton Van Genugten closed the special in sixth place. Artur Ardavichus entered the Top 10 after arriving ninth.

Ton Van Genugten, from Team PETRONAS De Rooy IVECO ​and last stage winner, closed the special Uyuni – Tupiza in sixth place. The Dutchman from #509 Iveco was 15 minutes behind the leader after more than four hours of racing, but fell back to sixth in overall standings. 

His teammate Artur Ardavichus entered the Top 10 after arriving ninth, 41m36s away from Sotnikov. The Kazakh driver is also among the best ten trucks in Dakar Rally 2018, with an eighth place in general classification, but with more than five hours of delay.
