IVECO celebrates best performing dealers
IVECO Trucks Australia has awarded its highest performing dealerships for 2025, announcing six major award recipients this week at a ceremony held in conjunction with the company's annual Dealer Conference and new Daily van and cab chassis launch event.
The awards were segmented by location - metropolitan or regional - and by category: 'Medium and Heavy Dealer of the Year', 'Light Dealer of the Year', 'Parts & Service Dealer of the year' and 'Customer Excellence Dealer of the Year', allowing judges to evaluate like for like dealerships.
All dealerships were judged across several important performance measures including vehicle sales against retail targets and share of market, parts sales, Net Promoter Score, customer service, maintenance and repair outcomes, and other critical customer focused criteria.
And the winners are...
Metropolitan Dealer of the Year - Medium and Heavy, was awarded to Adelaide IVECO, while Bendigo Truck Centre achieved the honour of being named Regional Dealer of the Year - Medium and Heavy.
In the light segment, STM Trucks and Machinery was announced Metropolitan Dealer of the Year - Light, and Ballarat IVECO took out Regional Dealer of the Year - Light.
Recognising the importance of customer care to the buyer journey and overall vehicle ownership experience, Adelaide IVECO again shone brightly, being awarded Dealer of the Year - Customer Excellence.
Of course, in the commercial vehicle industry, maximising uptime is also paramount in operating a successful operation - whether sourcing parts or scheduling maintenance and repairs, the broader network plays a vital role, and IVECO has recognised this, naming RSC Diesels in Queensland, Dealer of the Year - Parts and Service.
IVECO Trucks Australia and New Zealand Managing Director, Glen Dyer, acknowledged the winners' commitment to IVECO's core values and praised their dedication to customer service and broader dealership operational benchmarks.

"The awards criteria seek to identify and reward those dealerships who continually invest in their people, facilities and systems with a view to growing relationships with customers and providing them with a full suite of services and support to make IVECO ownership as productive, hassle-free and enjoyable as possible.
