  • Redemption
    • Do you want to know how redemption works?

      Prepare the required documents and make the bank transfer. Then send all documents by e-mail to Iveco Finanziaria (ivecofinanziaria.riscatti-estinz@iveco.com), which will issue the invoice and send the file to the Agency for the transfer of ownership.

      The Agency will update the CDP (certificate of ownership) and will send it by registered mail or courier, with the label to update the registration certificate if the vehicle is a light vehicle and licensed to the owner. For heavy vehicles, you must update the registration certificate yourself.

      What must you do to redeem your vehicle?

      Around 30/40 days before expiry, Iveco Finanziaria sends the customer a letter with the instructions and forms to complete. The letter is also published on the customer portal at www.ivecocapital.it in the “CUSTOMER AREA”

  • Early extinction/redemption
    • Do you want to know how early extinction works?

      Ask Iveco Finanziaria, by e-mail (ivecofinanziaria.riscatti-estinz@iveco.com) or fax (0110076786), for the calculations for early extinction of your loan. Iveco Finanziaria will send you the calculations, with the list of documents to be presented.

  • Theft of vehicles in leasing
    • What to do if your vehicle is stolen?

      Report it to the competent authorities. Notify Iveco Finanziaria of the theft, by e-mail ( ivecofinanziaria.sinistri@iveco.com) or fax (0110076786), enclosing a copy of the police report. You must also notify your insurance company. Iveco Finanziaria will send you a letter with all the instructions.

      The original police report must be sent by post to Iveco Finanziaria with the documents listed in the letter. Iveco Finanziaria will report the theft to the PRA (Vehicle Registration Office) and close the lease contract, issuing a debit note for the outstanding contract amount.  Iveco Finanziaria will send the customer's Insurance Company liquidator the authorisation to sell and the registration document indicating the loss of possession due to theft.

      The customer's insurance company will send an indemnity proposal, which will be assessed by Iveco Finanziaria for congruity.  Iveco Finanziaria will then sign the receipt and await payment. Having received the payment, the final accounts will be drawn up for the vehicle; if the balance is in the customer's favour the difference will be reimbursed, if it is in Iveco Finanziaria's favour the customer will be requested to pay the difference.

  • Contract transfers
    • Do you want to know what to do when transferring the contract to another company?

      Send written notice to the Transfers Department, by e-mail to ivecofinanziaria.subentri@iveco.com or fax (0110076786). You will receive a letter with instructions on how to proceed and the documentation to sign. Your request is subject to authorisation.

  • Refinancing
    • Do you want to know if it is possible to extend the duration of the finance contract?

      It may be possible to extend the contract duration and reduce the cost of each instalment or reduce some instalments, spreading the outstanding amounts on the remaining instalments. Send a request by e-mail to ivecofinanziaria.assicur-rifinanz@iveco.com or by fax to: 0110076786. The request is subject to authorisation.

  • Extension of redemption prior to expiry
    • The contract redemption expires in a few months and you would like to extend the repayment terms?

       You can arrange for the repayment in monthly instalments of the redemption amount. Send a request by e-mail to ivecofinanziaria.assicur-rifinanz@iveco.com or by fax to: 0110076786. The request is subject to authorisation.

  • Variation of bank account data
    • Do you need to vary the RID (standing debit order) bank details?

      Send a written request by e-mail to ivecovariazioni@call.maran.it  or by fax to: 0743294407, indicating the IBAN code to use for the instalment payments. The variation will take place from the next payment instalment yet to be invoiced.  

  • Variation of Company Name
    • Have you changed your Company Name?

      Send a written request to the Customer Service enclosing a copy of the registration certificate of the CCIAA - Chamber of Commerce indicating the variation. E-mail ivecofinanziaria.anagr-serv-varie@iveco.com fax 0110076786   

  • Iveco Finanziaria bank details
    • Do you need to make a bank transfer to Iveco Finanziaria and need the IBAN or bank details?

  • Access to the GIADA portal

      Connect to www.ivecocapital.it,

      Access the “CUSTOMER AREA” section

      appear; here you must click on “Activate”

  • Missing financing invoices
    • Do you need any invoices?

      Connect to the Iveco Finanziaria customer portal and download all issued invoices, free of charge.

  • Road Tax
    • You don't know who has to pay the vehicle road tax?

      The tax must be paid by the vehicle owner.

  • Summary statement
    • Do you need the summary statement for your tax returns?

      The documento di Sintesi (summary statement) for IRAP purposes is included in the Transparency Letter sent to all customers by post within March, and is published on the customer portal (www.ivecocapital.it - in the “CUSTOMER AREA”)

  • Copy of the leasing/loan contract
  • Using your vehicle abroad
    • Do you need to use your vehicle abroad?

       If you use the vehicle in a country of the European Union, you don't need any special authorisation. To use the vehicle outside the EU, send a request by e-mail to ivecofinanziaria.assicur-rifinanz@iveco.com or by fax to: 0110076786, to the Insurance Office, indicating the country where you wish to take the vehicle and the amount of time it will be abroad. The request must be authorised.
