TOP CARE provides dedicated support via the IVECO Control Room should you encounter any faults with your vehicle to help to get you back on the road as soon as possible, increasing uptime.
If the repair, due to a breakdown or unexpected stop, takes longer than expected and you are far from home, TOP CARE looks after you with the inclusion of a hospitality package which provides a full range of services to take care of your basic needs:
- Hotel – should the driver need to stay overnight away from home
- Meals – hospitality for food / beverages during their stay away from home
- Transfers – should the driver need a taxi to reach the hotel / restaurant
- Medical Care – organisation of medical assistance in the case of non-life-threatening illness / injury
- Parking – should the driver need to park their vehicle and trailer or semitrailer
