Fiat Industrial announces new appointments to the Group Executive Council ( GEC )
In view of the completion of the merger between Fiat Industrial and CNH , Fiat Industrial has announced the following changes in the management team .
Franco Fusignani was appointed Chief Operating Officer , Iveco . In his new role , will be responsible for the financial business of the Iveco trucks. In his last assignment , Fusignani was COO of Fiat Industrial APAC Brand and President of New Holland Agriculture .
Stefano Pampalone is appointed Chief Operating Officer , APAC . Previously, he was General Manager of Pampalone CNH for the area India , the Far East and Japan.
Vilmar Fistarol is appointed Chief Operating Officer , LATAM , replacing Marco Mazzu ' who has left the company to pursue other interests . In his last assignment , Fistarol was Chief Purchasing Officer of Fiat Chrysler.
Carlo Lambro is as Brand President , New Holland Agriculture . In his last assignment , he was Vice President Lambro , New Holland Agriculture EMEA .
Lorenzo Sistine maintains its role as Brand President , Iveco .
Alessandro Nasi was appointed President , Specialty Business Unit . In this new role, will be responsible for the divisions Nasi Firefighting and Iveco Defence . In his last assignment , Nasi was Chief Business Development Officer of Fiat Industrial. Nasi continue to support the GEC in his role as Executive Coordinator.
Annalisa Stupenengo was appointed Chief Purchasing Officer , succeeding Osias Galantine who has assumed a new role in Fiat Chrysler LATAM . In his last assignment , Stupenengo was Vice President, Chrysler Fiat Group Purchasing EMEA .
