The assembly of outfits

Simplify the work of construction vehicles to save time and costs, as well as improve the reliability of the final product: these are the goals set by Iveco.

To achieve them, the Trakker adopt, along the frame, fasteners of the structures of the stands (plates and brackets bolted). With regard to the electrical system, an interface is provided to pin 21 located in the cabin, with fuses and a bipolar cable along the frame, which feeds a junction box and a positive terminal on the battery independently. Another important advantage for body builders and users is constituted by the electronic control unit DMI (available on request), which operates up to a maximum of three PTOs and allows programming the operating characteristics of the motor for each of them.
The vast catalog of options of establishment includes air filters, fuel tanks, exhaust pipes vertical and PTO on the gearbox and distribution. The various shapes and positions of the air filter allows the passage of all the stabilizers of cranes and concrete pumps back on 6x4 and 8x4 models. This policy of vehicle customization since the assembly line is possible thanks to the flexibility of the Iveco plant in Madrid, but also requires a close collaboration between the seller Iveco, the customer and the builder.
