IVECO presented the Supercargo 18.5T at Commercial Vehicle Exhibition in Taichung City. The new vehicle combines all the advantages of the Eurocargo range with the benefits of a higher payload.
PROSPRISE International Corp, the authorized importer and distributor of IVECO Heavy Duty Truck in Taiwan, is present at the Commercial Vehicle Exhibition (CV News), which is being held at the Taichung International Exhibition Centerfrom 14-18 April. On the 288-square meter IVECO stand in Exhibition Hall No.1, Section 3, it showcased the Eurocargo models currently available in the Taiwanese market. Three vehicles were on display:
A Supercargo, ML 180: with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 18.5 tonnes, the ML 180 offers the benefits of higher payloads, outstanding performance, great maneuverability, and market-leading ergonomics and comfort. It is equipped with a Euro VI-D Tector six-cylinder 6.7-litre diesel engine, which delivers 320 hp maximum power, and a choice of 9-speed manual or 12-speed automated gearbox.
Two Eurocargo, ML 150 - 4x4: Available with a day cab or sleeper cab with a standard roof, the new Eurocargo 4x4 truck is equipped with a front towing jaw (as standard) and special protection for off-road driving. IVECO Tector six-cylinder engines are available with power ranging from 250 to 280 hp, combined with 6-speed manual gearboxes. A PTO can also be integrated into the gearbox and a double rear wheel is available.

IVECO HI-SCR SYSTEM: The most efficient Euro VI technology
IVECO’s exclusive HI-SCR technology is the only emission control system that does not alter the combustion process, because it works through fresh and clean air intake rather than exhaust gas recirculation (EGR). This makes the percentage of particulate so low that there is no need for an active DPF, therefore no forced DPF regeneration is required.
