​Lai ātri un droši identificētu problēmu un darbnīca varētu to operatīvi un efektīvi novērst, Iveco ir izveidojusi jaunu diagnostikas platformu, kas parāda produkta attīstību.

Tā ir elektroniskā sistēma E.A.SY. (Electronic Advanced System), kas izmantojot komunikāciju moduli (ECI) un specifisku personālo datoru, ļauj vienkārši un ātri veikt dažādu automobiļa elektronisko vadības bloku diagnostiku.

E.A.SY. platformas programmatūra nodrošina vienotu intuitīvu saikni, caur kuru var saņemt informāciju par remonta vadlīnijām, kas noteiktas pēc indeksētajiem simptomiem.

ECI modulis nodrošina komunikācijas iespējas ar visām esošajām un nākotnē paredzētajām Iveco vadības sistēmām/blokiem.

Pateicoties arī savstarpējai saziņai ar Teleservices un visām citām Iveco atbalsta sistēmām, ar kurām šī sistēma tiek savienota nekavējoties, E.A.SY. var uzskatīt par Iveco Modernās Diagnostikas (Iveco Advanced Diagnosis) sirdi, kas reprezentē saziņas iespējas ar nākotnes darbnīcām.
