IVECO, with its Indonesian distributor PT. Chakra Jawara is showcasing its wide range of heavy trucks at Mining Indonesia 2019 on 18-21 September at the Jakarta International Expo, Kemayoran, Indonesia.
IVECO, a global leader in on- and off-road transport, is showcasing its ASTRA range of super-heavy-duty and IVECO TRAKKER heavy-duty trucks at the Mining Indonesia show, one of the biggest international exhibitions in the global mining industry, which is in its 19th edition. On display on its stand are the ASTRA HD9 in 4x4 rigid (480 hp) configuration; the TRAKKER in 8x4 rigid (440 hp) and 6x6 (440hp) configurations and the 682 truck in 6x4 (340 hp) configuration. At the exhibition, IVECO is also introducing the new IVECO ASTRA HHD9 in its 8x6 (480 hp) configuration to the Indonesian market. These vehicles are representative of the high performance and reliability of IVECO’s product offering in Indonesia, which includes the ASTRA, IVECO TRAKKER and IVECO 682 trucks.

Features such as the extensive windscreen, which provides excellent visibility and the efficient braking system with ABS further enhance the driver’s safety. The spacious cab with high roof, air conditioning, twelve storage boxes and foldable upper bunk is conceived to provide driving comfort and safety. The driver’s seat, fully adjustable steering wheel and all the controls within easy reach result in excellent ergonomics. Customers can choose from heavy and extra-heavy high-tensile-steel double neck chassis according to their needs. This vehicle was tested in the harshest driving conditions, demonstrating its extremely powerful performance and strength.
