Chakra Jawara, IVECO’s long-time distributor in Indonesia, has inaugurated today a new 2S dealership in Muara Enim, South Sumatera, Indonesia. The 250 square meter facility has been designed and developed to provide the most efficient sales and spare parts support for the full IVECO product range in the region.
The new Branch will provide sales and after-sales service solutions to customers in South Sumatera region. Through the implementation of IVECO and Chakra Jawara processes and best practices, it is aimed to raise the bar in customer care, customer satisfaction and efficiency. The 160 square meter parts warehouse will keep the parts inventory at the sufficient level to make the parts available for the IVECO running park in the area.
The inauguration ceremony was held in the facility with the participation of Jumadi Prayogo, Head of Java and Sumatera operation for Chakra Jawara and Rama Widodo, Business Manager for IVECO South East Asia and Japan.

The new facility is part of the “the Network Expansion Program” initiated by Chakra Jawara, which focuses on the business strategic vision for 2020 - 2025. In spite of the tough economic and business environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, IVECO has strengthened its ranking in the top 3 players in Indonesia’s European Truck Segment.
