Eligibility. This what3words IVECO activation is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. The competition is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. By participating in the competition, you accept these Official Rules.

Sponsorship. The competition sponsors (the “Sponsors”) are what3words Limited and IVECO. The Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the competition, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. The Sponsors will conduct the competition substantially as described in these Official Rules.

Prizes. Up to two hundred and fifty (250) what3words and IVECO flight tags, and sixty (60) what3words and IVECO rucksacks. what3words and IVECO will transfer the prizes from the Sponsors to the winners in order of entry to the competition and dependent on available stock.

Entry Period. This competition begins on September 16, 2024 at 9:00 AM CEST at IAA Transportation, Hannover, and ends on September 18th, 2024 the earlier of 17:00 PM CEST or Sponsor’s distribution of 250 flight tags and 60 rucksacks.

How to Enter. During the Entry Period, contestants may enter the competition in person at IAA transportation by providing proof by image of navigating to the 3 word address the Sponsor’s share.

How to Win. Winners will be selected on a first come first served basis and not everyone is guaranteed a prize. Contestants use the 3 word address given by the booth staff (or determined by the entrant solving a puzzle) and enter the 3 word address into the free what3words app, which needs to be downloaded to enter the competition. Contestants need to navigate to the precise 3 word address and take a photo of the location. To claim the prize, the contestant will need to return to the booth and show the photo to a booth representative. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a Prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the competition, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with competition rules, that winner will be disqualified.

Limitations on Entries. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, will be disqualified.

Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the competition. WARNING. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE COMPETITION, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Terms. By entering this competition, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsors, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the competition. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, WHAT3WORDS AND IVECO, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, winner grants the Spondos, a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
