IVECO is proud to announce that the IVECO Easy Way App has been awarded a Red Dot Award, one of the world's most prestigious recognitions for excellence in design and user experience. The award celebrates the app's innovative and driver-centric approach, acknowledging the successful redesign of a digital solution created to simplify daily operations and enhance life on board for professional drivers.

Developed around direct feedback from customers and drivers, the IVECO Easy Way App was completely redesigned to deliver a faster, more intuitive and personalized experience, strengthening the connection between drivers and their vehicles through a seamless mobile interface.
The app enables drivers to remotely manage key cabin functions directly from their smartphone before entering the vehicle. Heating, cooling, lights and windows can all be adjusted in advance, ensuring maximum comfort from the very start of every mission. Once inside the vehicle, drivers can continue managing these functions directly from the cab, improving convenience during both driving and rest periods.
The IVECO Easy Way App also streamlines essential daily tasks through a simplified digital pre-departure checklist. By integrating connected vehicle data into safety inspections, the app helps drivers verify key parameters such as tyres, engine status and tachograph information quickly and accurately, reducing paperwork and saving valuable time. Inspection reports can then be instantly shared with fleet managers, ensuring full visibility of vehicle status.
During the journey, drivers have immediate access to mission details, route information, distance to destination and next rest stops, all from a single platform. For electric vehicles, the app further supports stress-free zero-emission operations by providing charging station information and tools that facilitate efficient journey planning.
Among the many features, the Driving Style Evaluation plays a key role in supporting performance, efficiency and road safety. By providing real-time feedback on acceleration, braking, fuel efficiency and safety performance, it helps drivers continuously improve their driving habits.
Integrated with the IVECO Fidelity Club, the brand exclusive loyalty programme for heavy-duty truck drivers, the Driving Style Evaluation allows drivers to earn points based on mileage and driving performance, rewarding safe and efficient driving behaviours with access to a dedicated catalogue of prizes.
