The Venezuelan Ambassador visits Iveco
The Venezuelan Ambassador to Italy, Rafael Lacava, has today visited the headquarters of Iveco in Turin. The meeting has provided the opportunity to discuss the strong commitment of Iveco in Venezuela and to examine the opportunities for future projects in the transport sector.
Paolo Monferino, CEO Iveco together with several representatives of the senior management team including Marco Mazzù, Vice President Iveco Latin America, were on hand to welcome Lacava.
Presenting the company, its corporate results and its corporate strategy, Monferino reinforced the importance of the Latin-American area in general and of Venezuela in the framework of the international strategy of the company.
Rafael Lacava, a member of the Venezuelan Parliament, is in Italy since May of this year with the task given by the Venezuelan President Chavez, to intensify the diplomatic relationships between Italy and Venezuela.
