Eleven months later, I was offered a position with Iveco when the first plant was opened in Sete Lagoas. During that period, I invested a great deal of energy in finishing my coursework in International Business, followed by an MBA in Corporate Finance. I gained international experience working in different areas of Finance. All of this makes me think positively about the beginning of my career and my growth path, and it has allowed me to maintain the same passion for my work. Today, I am Industrial Control Manager for Latin America and I have the same desires and dreams as I did when I first joined the Group. And I’m well aware of how important it is to be willing to help other people on a professional level and in their personal growth.Speed and dynamismMarket competitiveness, a sense of commitment, the determination of the Group’s top management and increasingly challenging goals mean that I’m more committed and open every day, capable of finding alternatives or a simpler approach, and always seeking the best way to be rapid and dynamic in my decision-making.Commitment on the job and beyondI’m a person who has invested a great deal in my professional growth. The passion that guides me in my work is the same that I devote to my family, my friends and sports every day. MoreContentHtml
