Materials programmes are elaborated with suppliers after the materials have been confirmed with FSI (scheduling of manufacturing by VP).
Programmes break down into “Forecast period” and “Executive period; they are elaborated every week and sent to the suppliers electronically, or sent to a specific mail box for the supplier where the latter collects the programmes that he will manage in his plant.
Unlike other plants, even in the Forecast period CKD programmes may be considered Executive because they are backed up by order confirmations from the Market.
