The constancy of the Cantoni tipper quality is ensured by automated and controlled production process.
The welding of the structural components (sub-frame, sideboard, body-floor) is performed by robots.
The high definition plasma cutting allows obtain a high quality and precision of the component, reducing the production time and the scraps of material.
PAINTING CYCLE
- Centralized system with volumetric pumps to ensure constancy of the parameters
- Preparation of surfaces by shot-blasting
- Painting system with rust-proof primer and finishing enamel paint (final thickness 80 -120 microns)
- Resistance to salt spray 350 hours
