The new Eurocargo in brief
Eurocargo is in the segment, very broad, of medium commercial vehicles, ranging from 6 to 18 tons and are intended for municipal services and public utilities, retail distribution and freight transport in general.

The new Eurocargo is renewed in form and in content. Starting with the cockpit, completely renewed from the outside to the internal, to offer the best in comfort and ergonomics for the driver and front passenger, improving life on board and so contributing to improving road safety the driver no longer subjected to fatigue caused by uncomfortable driving positions.
The new grille and front panel adopt the family feeling of Iveco vehicles, with the ability to customize the vehicle with the company livery. Also new are the front bumper, headlights with integrated storage compartments and on both sides of the sleeper cab.
The cab is now available with the three "classical" Eurocargo MLC day cab, the cab MLL and MLD crew cab, thus ensuring the specificity for each destination and business, the main feature of the success achieved by previous models .
Also new interiors that offer more interior space and a more comfortable cross-cab access. The dashboard compact, uniform and monochrome, provides improved ergonomics and comfort thanks to instrumentation enriched and more functional. Better positioning of the buttons that you use frequently, the new position of the parking brake on the new center console and the new two-column switch levers allow convenient use by the driver.
The new ergonomically designed seats, with cotton and microfiber cloths, new door panels with armrests and controls electric windows and mirrors increase the comfort, guaranteed in every detail, creating an ideal working environment.
A new command, the "Tipper body control," which acts on the dump and is available as an option, it makes the task easier for bodybuilders. The dump lever located on the base of the seat, the button PTO and wiring mounted on the bridge reduces the lifetime of the vehicle for setting up and maintaining the integrity of the interior of the cabin.
As for the engines, developed and produced by FPT - Fiat Powertrain Technologies, the new Eurocargo Tector inherits the excellent range, with the most advanced solutions in terms of environmental impact, focusing on power, reliability and low operating costs, which maintain high profitability and performance of the vehicle.
A new range of manual transmissions, as well as new automated gearboxes and automatic, ensures better productivity for the driver.
Lighter, manual transmissions optimize performance in all configurations of 5, 6 and 9 speeds.
The new automated Eurotronic production ZF 6:09 gears are equipped with an advanced software that optimizes fuel consumption by engaging gears at the ideal time.
Finally, the Allison automatic transmissions, for the first time offered on the models from 7.5 to 12 tonnes GVW, ensure a high driving comfort and lower operating costs in the application of these "stop and go" such as waste collection .
Excellent safety features are also available on request, such as systems skid control (ASR), Electronic Stability Control (ESP) and Hill Holder (which prevents the vehicle from rolling back when starting on an uphill) we are developing.
