Iveco at Fenatran 2009 with Felipe Massa
Waiting to return to form and start official testing and development work on his car for the 2010 season of Formula 1 together with his new team-mate, Fernando Alonso, the Ferrari race team driver, Felipe Massa, was visiting the Iveco stand at the Fenatran international transport industry show in Sano Paolo, Brazil.
Massa, along with Miguel Jorge, Brazilian Minister for Development, Industry and Commerce, were in support of the launch of the new Daily Electric and Iveco Vertis, which were officially presented to the general public.
Iveco presented a prototype of the Electric Daily at the show, the first zero emission light commercial vehicle produced in Latin America and the Iveco Vertis, a new competitor in the 9t to 13t medium range segment completing Iveco’s Latin America produced truck range from 3.5t to 74t.
Besides these vehicles, Iveco is present Fenatran 2009 with new products developed and manufactured in Brazil, specifically for the Latin American market with the aim to strengthen the presence of Iveco with product developments that allow rapid response to regional transport needs. Continuous local product development activities for a more environmentally friendly future ensure Iveco’s role in support of Sustainable Transport in Latin America.
