The New Zealand ambassador in Italy, Julie MacKenzie, visited today the Iveco production facilities in Turin.
The visit was an opportunity for the ambassador to see at first hand the workings of Iveco, official sponsor of the All Blacks – the most famous rugby team in the world, as well as the strongest national rugby team of all time. Her Excellency MacKenzie was welcomed by Paolo Monferino, CEO of Iveco, together with representatives of the company management.
In his presentation of the company, its results and its strategy, Monferino reaffirmed the importance of sponsorship based on common values. After the presentation, Her Excellency MacKenzie visited the test track where she admired and personally tested vehicles from the Iveco range, in black livery with Maori tattoos in honour of the partnership with the All Blacks.
