Stralis models are available with different types of axles depending on the mission. These differ by construction, maximum allowable loads and, for the rear axles, by the axle ratios offered:

front axles with a maximum allowable weight of up to 8.000 kg

drive axles are single reduction, with differential locking as standard and maximum allowable loads of up to 13.000 kg.

HR version mounts a Hub Reduction drive axle.

Numerous rear axle ratios are available from 2.64 to 5.29, allowing optimum mission oriented drivelines, guaranteeing economy of operation.

The range is completed with a series of third axles (fixed or liftable and steering) located behind the drive axle, with single or twin wheels.
