In the UK, Iveco offers a 24 hour, 7 Day a week roadside assistance programme under the brand name of "Assistance Non-Stop" To support this, Iveco has invested heavily in a "Customer Centre" which is the first point of contact if your Iveco vehicle unexpectedly breaks down.
The Iveco Customer Centre co-ordinates all roadside assistance activities from first contact to roadside repair, or where needed, recovery to a franchised Iveco Distributor.
When operating away from the UK in any EU country you can be assured of the same high level of professional support from the Iveco Customer Centre. Whether it be Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Austria or Italy you'll always hear a friendly voice and get the best back-up Iveco has to offer.
The service is free for vehicles in their standard warranty period or those covered by an Iveco Ltd Repair and Maintenance contract.
If your vehicle unexpectedly breaks down, call the free-phone number on 0800 590509 from the UK or 00800 48326000 and you'll be connected to the Iveco Customer Centre. An English speaking operator with IvecoIT systems will be able to identify what vehicle you operate.
With similar access to state of the art geographical software, overlaid with the Iveco network and locations, it will only be a matter of minutes before a suitable Iveco Distributor is pinpointed and alerted to your need for assistance.
The Iveco Customer Centre will follow the assistance right through to completion thereby ensuring that your down-time is kept to an absolute minimum.
