CostCare Dimensions Repair and Maintenance Contracts and Maintenance only contracts (Gold, Silver and Bronze) offer various features which are described in the explanatory pages and in the page "Gold, Silver and Bronze Dimensions at a glance"


Other important things to be aware of are:

  • Lenses, glass, mirrors and bulbs are not included
  • Bodies, Tyres or any other ancillary equipment (such as but not limited to fifth wheel and susies) are not covered unless specifically included in the contract (you should discuss these issues during the process of taking out your CostCare Dimensions package)
  • Accident damage or willful damage is not covered by a CostCare Dimensions contract.
  • Calls into the operating depot for any reason including but not limited to non-starting are not covered.
  • Excess mileage will be charged (you should state the mileage expectations for the vehicle during the process of taking out your CostCare Dimensions package)
  • If the vehicle is being used for a purpose other than that specified in the contract we retain the right to terminate the contract or increase the monthly charge.
  • Negligent or incorrect use of the vehicle.
  • Repairs to the vehicle necessitated by faults in, or incorrect fitting, maintenance or repair of the bodywork.
  • Paint-work repairs.
  • Provision of lubricants and fluids added between scheduled services including anti-freeze.
  • Fuel and breakdowns due to frozen or contaminated fuel.
  • Washing or steam-cleaning (except in preparation for Department of Transport tests)
  • Daily and other specified checks described in the operators handbook delivered with the vehicle.
  • Roadside repairs and recovery charges where the vehicle is at or within one mile radius of its operating base location. (This should be stated during the process of applying for a CostCare Dimensions package)
  • Roadside assistance or recovery charges following an accident.
  • Conversions or modifications to a vehicle due to legal requirements
  • Failures due to the vehicle not having been serviced at the intervals recommended by Iveco Ltd or repair procedures not being carried out in accordance with the Iveco Ltd workshop manual.
  • Any repairs or servicing carried out by any organisation other than an authorised Iveco Ltd dealer.
  • Repairs required as a result of the use of parts (including oils and consumables) other than as approved by Iveco Ltd.
  • Repairs required as a result of the vehicle standing unused for an undue period of time.
  • Gold Dimensions - Cost of relief vehicle where vehicle unavailable other than due to mechanical breakdown (i.e whilst in the course of scheduled servicing or preparation for Department of Transport Tests)
