Every Iveco Ltd dealer is equipped with the versatile, highly mobile E.A.SY. vehicle diagnostic system to enable specialist technicians to perform swift but extensive diagnostic operations on your vehicle in either a workshop or (if necessary) a road-side environment.
E.A.SY. (Iveco’s “Electronic Advanced SYstem”) communicates electronically with the vehicle via a dedicated diagnostics port allowing detailed interrogation of the on-board electronic control units.
E.A.SY. is also supplemented by Iveco’s EltracScope which allows (for example) the performance of the vehicle’s many on-board sensors to be checked in detail whilst the Iveco “Teleservices” system gives the dealer direct access to our worldwide computer information database in Turin, Italy – further enhancing the capability of the E.A.SY. system.
The use of these state-of-the-art diagnostic tools allows the Iveco dealer technician to effect the right repair professionally and effectively to get your vehicle back on the road and into operation.
