Iveco has launched a special ‘Daily DriveAway Options’ programme which will enable retail customers to benefit from the free fitment of either SmartNav satellite navigation or three years free servicing up to 100,000 miles on selected vehicles from its Daily DriveAway options range.
The special offer is available on all tippers and dropsides registered in the final quarter of 2005, and is expected to prove particularly popular with operators in the construction and building sectors.
Michael Carley, Director of Iveco’s Light Commercial Vehicle Business Unit said: “SmartNav is the latest option to be added to our Daily range, and one of the most comprehensive systems of its kind on the market. We believe it will prove extremely popular, with the free fitment representing a significant customer saving of £659.
“Of course, for customers whose work is always very local, three years free servicing is an equally attractive offer, and is valid at any Iveco distributor in the country,” he adds.
Iveco’s Daily DriveAway Options programme offers customers the opportunity to purchase fully-bodied vehicles from just a single point of purchase, meaning they only have to deal with one supplier instead of co-ordinating between two or more. It also means significantly shorter delivery times, coupled with lower costs and higher residual values.
The tipper and dropside models are just two options within the full DriveAway options range, which has been tailored to meet the specific requirements of particular road haulage segments, where vehicles can often be required at short notice, such as when a new contract comes in and the work starts almost immediately.
The full vehicle line-up in Iveco’s range of ready to drive away vehicles, includes box vans, Luton vans, tautliner curtainsiders, refrigerated vans, steel or aluminium tippers, 3-way steel tippers and dropsides, with engine power outputs of 116hp or 136hp available and the option of a three-man single cab or a spacious seven-man crew cab.
